Free resizing within 30 days of delivery — send the bracelet back and we restring it to your size.

Returns: unworn pieces in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Pieces with personalised charms cannot be returned unless faulty.

If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it free of charge.
